Michael Alvarez moved back to Colorado Springs in 2008. He found a job to do vacuum repair and sales which lead him to cleaning carpets in 2010. He started his company in 2016 and named it after his oldest son, Marius, who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 2006.
He has an IICRC Certification (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification - 175866). With his first carpet cleaning job he was able to learn a lot from the owner Vince. He was very meticulous about cleaning the corners, not cutting them, and that was passed on to Michael. He continues his education every year.
Carpet Cleaning
This is your house biggest filter and should be cleaned at least once a year and twice if you have pets (due to dander).

A big part of keeping your carpet clean is to have a clean and good working vacuum. Don't forget to service your vacuum.
Pricing
Price Minimum: $165
$50 per area which includes a flight of stairs, hallways are half the price in carpet cleaning.
We offer a discount for move-outs ($45 per area).
$40 for Vacuum maintenance, plus parts if needed.
PET treatment done when walking through.
